What you can expect:

                                                                 May:Cabbage, Kale, Swiss Chard, Mustard Greens, Lettuce, Mushrooms, Parsnips, Radishes, Collard Greens, Scallions. Radishes, Hot House Tomatoes,  Chives, Lemon Balm, Shiitake, Cremini & Portobello Mushrooms, Green Garlic, Baby Romaine Lettuce, Peppermint, Rhubarb, Asparagus, Local Tofu, Local Beef, Local Honey, Local Maple Syrup

June: (In addition to April's harvest, May will add)

July:      Cherries (sweet, sour and Rainer), Peaches (white and yellow), Blueberries, Plums, Collard Greens, Bok Choi, Heirloom Tomatoes, Green Peppers,  Onions, Potatoes, Cucumbers, Nectarines, Squash (green an yellow), Kale, Green Beans,  Basil,  Beets, Spinach, Local Tofu, Local Beef, Local Maple Syrup
